Delivery information

Standard UK delivery is £9.95. Standard delivery is free for eligible baskets with a parts subtotal of £150.00 or more, before discounts. Express delivery is £19.95; the free-standard-delivery threshold does not apply to express.

Delivery options depend on each listing's courier/collection eligibility and category restrictions. A basket containing a restricted item may not be eligible for a courier option. Checkout shows the available methods and their actual prices before payment.

We aim to dispatch within 1 working day. Courier delivery is estimated at 24–48 hours (1–2 working days) after dispatch, so orders normally arrive within 2–3 working days in total; working days are Monday to Friday. These timings are not guaranteed. Ask us to confirm the carrier, service, destination coverage and likely arrival before ordering if timing is important. Pyrotechnic components can require specialist carriage; do not assume ordinary post is suitable.

Collection is available only on eligible listings and by prior arrangement. Confirm the location and appointment before travelling.
