Returns information

For eligible UK consumer purchases made online, you can normally tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, then have a further 14 days to return them. You do not need to give a reason. Statutory exceptions, if applicable to a particular purchase, are not blanket exclusions for safety parts.

For a full-order cancellation, standard outbound delivery is normally refundable; an express upgrade need not be. Refunds for cancellation are generally due within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return, subject to the applicable rules. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, taking account of their age, price and stated condition. Faulty or misdescribed goods have statutory remedies, including the short-term right to reject where applicable. A seller policy or absence of a warranty does not remove these rights.

Do not send a pyrotechnic item until we have confirmed a safe accepted carrier and return destination. This does not limit your right to notify cancellation or report a fault.

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, contact us to request a return label before sending it back. Business-to-business purchases do not have the same automatic consumer cancellation rights. Ask us to confirm trade terms before ordering.
